RANGOLI - KOLANGAL

I have learnt how to put Kolam or Rangoli when I was in school in eightth Standard and Nineth Standard from my friend Kalpana and others.  Dotted Kolams were easy for me but only upto 17 or 18 dots.  There were certain kolams which can be drawn using 36, 45, 54, 64 dots.

I cannot keep dots in a Mathematically straight line.  But I have watched girls, ladies and women drawing Big, Big and beautiful kolams.  They can keep the dots in a Straight line.  No Scale is required.  Such a Type of Clarity and strenght of Minds they have. mmm! (Jealousy burns me inside)

One thing that ocuupies me is Rangoli, No dots, only imagination. It can start from a circle or a flower or a square or a triangle.  Particularly, North Indian Women Folk are so experts at it.

My Aaya (Grand Mother) who lived in Chenguttai, Kaatpadi wud get up early in the morning like 5.00 am and sprinkle cow dung water on the Vaasal (wat it is called in English,, courtyard) and put small kolam which wud look elegantly beautiful in the white kola maavu powder.

I have seen Brahmins drawing Kolams with Arisi Maavu that is Rice Flour.  It becomes food to the ants and it is considered Auspicious.

I am so unhappy that I cannot draw Big kolams and rangolis.  Tho, I admire those girls and women folk who draw them, I can promise u Jealousy creeps in into my Heart. What wrong I did that I am not able to draw this, beautiful kolam.

Rangoli requires Color Combinations, Green with Red, Light green with Rose,
The alternative and contrast colors,  Actually, Our Kaatpadi women folk are great Interior decorators.  Yes, they live in huts and small houses but yet, By Birth,, Mark my words (N s Govindan sir style) Mark my words, they are born Interior decorators.  No need for them to pay Course Fee and learn it.  God has bestowed them with such knowledge by birth.  IN BUILT SYSTEMS THEY ARE.

May it be Sikkal Kolam or May it be Rangoli or May it be normal poo kolam, it needs lot of Calculations and color combinations.

From where do these girls get these Mathematical precisions.  In our schools and colleges we do drawings only with the help of Scale, Compass, Protractor and measuring machines.

In these kolams, Beauty and Mathematical precision both are seen.  From where do we get these?

Even in Caramboard game, there is a kolam in the centre of the Table, that Kolam is drawn with Mathematical Precision, If u can read it with Maths sense, It is TANGENTS, ALL OVER THE BOARD,  U HAVE TO CALCULATE IN UR MIND, like how to strike the coin with ur stricker, at which side u shd strike it, and to  which pocket ur aiming at.  I am again ashamed to tell that I can only admire the Carrom players,  It comes to me rarely only, May be I need lot of pracitce.

Kolangal, Not Abhi (devyani story.)

Rangoli and Kolam Girls, U ppl rock, I admire u a lot and wud like to emulate u ppl.  Nice, it is.

I have seen a Documentary movie on Kolams and rangolis. Nice one.

Getting up early, putting kolams, what a life.  mmm!

Artists (Drawings & Paintists) I know

I am not a Connoissour in Paintings.  But, bcos of my reading Ananda Vikatan, Kumudam, Kalki and Amudhasurabhi I have slowly learnt to identify the strokes of the Painters.

Maniam Selvan is a typical South Indian Painter.  The lines he draw are so erect and sharp.  He gives a chiselled features to the Characters.  He never draws anything that is not respectable.  Its a sort of Divine semblance.  His father Maniam is a well known and renowned artist, whose paintings of God are there in many south Indian Pooja Rooms

Shyam, Aras, Silpi, Gopulu, Jeyaraj, Maruthi, Travotsky Marudhu - these are the ppl I know who draw sketches for the characters that are portrayed in the magazines I above mentioned.

Shyam is a person who draws only curvy ladies, His Men also have got curves.  U cannot stop admiring the beauty that is apparent in those curves.  His faces are also so beautiful.

Aras, I think is a different person, with the colors he tries to show dimensions of the face but unfortunately the beauty that u get by avoiding the dimensions - that gets lost.  He is a nice artist but u wont fall in love with the figures that are being portrayed by his color paints.

Silpi is a Divine Artist.  I read that he goes to Temple, sits there for one hour or so, gets sinked in the  beauty, odour and  Grace of the God or Goddess and reproduces the image he saw there in the Sanctorium (Garba Graha)  I admire him and respect him a Lot.

Padma Vaasan, he is a favourite artist of Ramakrishna Mutt, Mylapore.  His Drawings are respectable and adorable.  He has got his own style.  Divine.

Jeyaraj is a sexy artist.  He will draw only thin and sensuous ladies,  they ll always look sexy.  His sketches will reveal the body of  ladies as such.  He can draw ladies wearing Negligees.  Sometimes, I myself feel shy to see those drawings.  But as u grow up, u tend to look up.  He cannot be borne solely responsbile, he has got to draw what the story teller and the magazine wants him to draw.  His men are also handsome.  I sometimes think shyam wud have been inspired by Jeyaraja sir.

Maaruthi is an excellent painter.  He draws so nicely.  The characters are always plumpy and round faced.  I can say by saying the outline and coloring, that it is Maruthi.

Gopulu sir is definitely a Legend.  There are certain similarites between Maarthi and Gopulu and there is a thin line differentiating their curves.

I am definitely not a connoisour but an identifier.  I love art.  U shd have photographic memory and a sense of color to draw pictures of what u see.  It is a form of Meditation.  It is an ART.  It makes u involve in the scene.  Refer John Keats Poem.

I thank God for giving me the sense of Admiration of Art.

I have seen a female Artist Teacher in the Train in Chennai,  I saw her drawing the sketches of whatever she saw in the Railway station.  It is really a magic.  The lines and Curves, where to emboss, how to give 3 D effect.  I wud like to learn art from a Nice Teacher.  May be sometimes later.  I am used to draw faces and girls and flowers,  but not very nicely.  Somewat, OK pictures.

GARAM HAWA - THE MOVIE THAT LEFT A MARK IN MY HEART!

Garam Hawa

The movie talks about the Partition of India and Pakistan

The families that got separated by Mohammed Ali Jinnah!

The Lovers who were separated  bcos of the partition,

May be, I have not seen Veer Zaara, which bores a resemblance to this movie1

The Employment opportunities that were denied for Muslims who chose to stay back in India!

Muslims, I love this Muslim family that was shown in this movie

A scene that I cant forget is A Lady Love cuts her wrist veins and dies out of blood  Loss bcos she is not able to get her Lover bcos of Partition.

The way they have their food together, Lots of Chappathis on One plate, Biriyani and the sausage and the curries displayed and they sit together in an Oval shape dining position on the ground and have their food.  Oh lovely!

The color of Muslims is the one that I get attracted the most.  What a Radiant Rose color faces they have!

All the characters in that story makes u feel the Pain of the Partition of India and Pakistan.

The Hero is an owner of Leather Chappals and Shoes Manufacturer and the difficulties he has to face bcos inspite of being a Muslim, he chose to live in India.  The Denials and Rejections that makes him feel wretched.

The Movie ends with an Agitation being shown in which the Hero's son also joins to get equal rights and oppotunities.

U wont believe, If I say I saw this Movie 10 or 15 years back. But that is the Truth!

I can never forget Garam Hawa!  It is a Movie to be watched and Felt.

I think the Hero is Guru Dutt, If I am wrong Pls let me know the right name of the Hero!

Thanks for reading!

Why Auditors shd be Independent?

I have Studied in CA Exam Auditing Paper that Auditors shd not be Financially Dependent on Client, that is they should not have borrowed any money from the Client.  They should not be Indebted to the Client.

This is a Real Qualification to be an Auditor.  bcos once u get money u feel Infereior to the person who gave u the money, bcos u have to show him Gratification.

Real Life Situation!

6 years back -

Myself and My Junior, a young boy from Kumbakonam, went to Audit to a Pvt Ltd. Co.  Usually, I dont get reimbursement from the Client. bcos my Father told we are not paying any money to the Principal as Guru Dhakshina, Instead we are getting some learnings from them, So, I shall pay u the Conveyance Money for which u shall stand indebted to me. No need to ask Clients.  I shall give u the conveyance, whenever u want.  So, I had never raised any reimbursement from My clients and Principal.

But this Junior, started pricking me to ask for reimbursement, as he is away from his Family.

He said, Idont have money in hand, I shall produce the tickets. get me the Money.  So, For his Sake, I went and stood before the Finance Manager of the Client Company and asked for the Money.

Having not asked for myself in all the years of my Articleship, I felt delicate but still in order to help this Kumbakonam boy, I had to ask.

I got the money and suddenly I felt inferior to the Finance Manager, My body language changed, I folded my hands before him and stood before him as If I am indebted to him and I started asking persmission from him - like can i leave the office?  When I analysed the Situation, I cud clearly see the Logic behind the Rule that Auditor should not be Dependent on the Client.  It is so True.

A lie about my Birthdate

I, hereby, confess to the Public that tho i was born on 15.10.1981, My parents have recorded the date as 15.5.1981 in Govt. Records,  Even when I came to know about this False Date, I had continued to keep up the false date in the Records.  I wud like to declare Publicly that My Official Birth date shd be 15.10.1981

Is there any way to change my Birthdate in Govt and Official Records?

My Conscience is Pricking me! Itching and Paining severely!

My Colleague told me, I am also sailing in the Same boat, U ask any Advocate!

Any Advocate who wud answer my question?

I dont want the extension in Official Service which I wud get by registering this New Birth date.  That is the only Punishment that I wud like to go thru for having maintained the false birthdate.

Help! Please!

Living by Principles - Not an Easy Job

A Flashback.

5 years back, I am sitting in T G Suresh Sir, Income Tax Class,
Myself and my Neighbour start chatting to cut the time off till Sir Comes,  My Neighbour, a Male, I dont remember his name, was fat,

He said " U know one thing, I dont lie"

Bang -  I answered "Even cows dont lie, whats the big matter in it."

He stared at me.  And out of fear and Understanding " I said, Sorry yaar, But I just studied this line from Swami Vivekananda Book,  U shd live by principles, and that is not a Matter to be Boasted off",  thats why I said so.  He became silent.

Now,  I purchased some Silver Articles, the Shop Keepers who were Young boys asked me " Do u want Bill, Why pay VAT, U can go by Auto by avoiding the VAT"

I felt really Bad, bcos - bcos of that thought only I had bought some Silver Articles without VAT,  I Felt like a Villain to myself.  I had chosen to be a Villain in that Situation.  But,  I have a Chance to correct myself, Here is my Chance, I said, "OH, Please Bill it with VAT,  and Now I felt relieved and Good"

I thought to myself, -  " Remember myself telling whats great in not lieing, Here was the situation, where Being Truthful costs me Rs.152/- but What I really lose is Character.

Swami Vivekananda says - " Character is built by thousands of Stumbles"  But the catch is Thousand.  Not more than that.  So, Better, Dont Stumble in any Situation.  But, when u Stumble, remember his quote and be resilient.  Stand up by your Principles.

You Earn Your Self Respect.  Self Respect gives u Confidence.  Confidence gives u Good Responses to any type of Situation.

My Teacher M P Vijaykumar uses this often - "Get ur Fundas Right"  -  Ya, The Funda in Life is Dont Be a Villain in any Situation.

Strive to be a Hero and u ll find that u start feeling easy as Time Goes.  Ya, there will be situations where U might find urself as a Harry Potter surrounded by Evil Magicians, but the practice of being a Hero in the situations that were given to u in the past, will help u and will allow u to be a Hero.

Goodness is Important.  Loyalty is Important.  Values are Important.  We Keep on facing Situations.  The Choice is in our Hands.  God Power is there for u, within u, always.

Source of Inspiration: Swami Vivekananda, The Master!

Khoga Pandit - Nana Patekar

This is just a Flash Back in my Life.

5 years ago, I am in the CA Institute, Nungambakka, Chennai,  GMCS Class, sitting in a Class room with 50 CAs.   Our GMCS class was conducted by "Speak to Achieve", Mr. Nedumaran, was the Chief Mentor.

Mr. Nedumaran, just putforth a question in the class " Which Actor do u like? and for what?"  I remember people answering "Kamal Hassan" .

For me, Kamal is a born actor, If some body says I dont like Kamal hassan, there is certainly something wrong with him, For the dedication, dedication, dedication ,he shows to acting, If u tell u dont like kamal hassan, it is to be seriously dealthwith by a Doctor to u, bcos Kamal knows how to sink into a Character, he lives as a Character.

When I was 11 or 12,  when we were living in Indian Airlines Colony, "we" means the entire Airlines Family watched his Movie "Sathya" in the Community Hall.  I jus cant forget that Happy Moment.  It was So secured.   In a Cinema theatre, anything can happen, but when u watch movie, with known ppl, it makes u feel so happy.  No need to be worried about Rogues.

I answered, "Rajinikanth"

 - "Why do u like? " the second question, I answered "Style and Confidence"

That is the good thing he has, Style will come to u, only when u r fully confident, u can  manage to be stylish by acting, but that will not last long.  The Mask will be pierced by Situation.

"Nari Chaayam veluthu pochu, Dum Dum Dum" Pls watch, Moondram Pirai, - to know this Nari Chaaayam veluthu pochu" Song.

Coming to "Nana Patekar"

Mr. Nedumaran, again asks - "Any other Actors"  I said "Nana Patekar"

" Why?"  -  I answered - "Fastest Dialogue Delivery"

I just recounted in my Mind, rather heart, what made me tell this,  10 or 12 years ago, I watched a Hindi Movie, I dont even remember its Name, I had to search in Google by saying its story to Google, and Google gave me the answer "KHOGA PANDIT"

Khoga Pandit --- Nana Patekar was the Khoga Pandit.

It is about a Man belonging to Sudra Community, who gets mesmerized by the Vedic Chants that is being learnt in a Brahmin's House.  Everyday, like Ekalaiva, he being a Coconut tree Climber, he sits in the Palm Tree, and listens to these Chants, being chanted and the meaning of it being discussed among the children.  U ll be knowing that Vedas are not written, they are orally taught, they are passed from One generation to another, Karna Parambarai, Karna Means Ears, Parambarai means the Heirloom.

This Khoga listens rather sinks in the Vedic Chants and the Veda Matha Saraswathi comes to him.  He is Absorbed by the Vedic Chants, but is afraid that being a Soodra, by Caste, Vedas should not be delivered by his mouth.  The Surprise is He himself does not allow him to chant,  Self Imposed Rule, He thinks, Tho I know Vedas, Let me not bring blasphemy by boasting it.  Its a blessing.  Let me continue to do what I have been forced to do my current situations, that is Tree Climbing.

mmmmm... now is the story  -  Khoga knows Vedas,  Why has God Given him this blessing.  That is the story.

The Brahmin Pandit;s daughter is in love with some other boy and I think she gets pregnant or something of that sort, and the news that the daughter has done a Mistake, that is loving some other boy of some other caste, the Brahmin tortures her and punishes her.  Then, comes Nana Patekar's Turn,  -

Nana recites Vedas - that too, with Full Spirit, With Full Eagerness to help the  young lady, With Fear that he is a Soodra who is normally not allowed to chant, With Trembles (Udharal), with the Motive to say that His daughter is not to be punished, but to be saved.

The Bhava, that is The Emotion which Nana Portrays with his trembling body, with his Trembling but clear and Fast Dialogue Delivery,

-  Oh! I just Cant forget!  Me, being a 15 or 16 yrs old girl, by that time, Tho I cudnt understand the Hindi Dialogues he delivered at that time, was Mesmerized by the way he portrayed the Character i.e Khoga Pandit bfore me.

Man, Nana Patekar is a Tremendous Actor, -  Who makes u feel the AAKROSH that is hidden in every man. The AAKROSH -  The AAVESAM, The THUDIPPU,

He portrays what Subramanya Bharathi says -

BHADHAGAM SEIVORAI KANDAL, NEE BAYAM KOLLAL AAGADHU PAAPPA,
MODHI MIDHITHU VIDU PAAPA, AVAR MUGATHIL UMIZHNDHU VIDU PAAPPA,

u DONT KNOW tamil,  then this is for u

Oh Little Kid,

IF u see any person doing some Detrimental Acts, Dont be Afraid,
Just Strike and Stamp the person down, Just SPIT ON HIS FACE,

SO FORCEFUL, ISNT IT?

THAT IS NANA PATEKAR - FOR U,

HE HAS ACTED IN MANY MOVIES, SOMETIMES I FEEL LIKE "OH, SUCH A MENTAL CASE" BCOS OF HIS STEREO TYPE CHARACTERS in Kranti Veer and another Marati Movie, that is Madhav or something - It came in Tamil, "Evano Oruvan" or something, where he gets angry for not getting the 2 Rs. Change.

BUT HE SHOWED AND PROVED "HE IS A VERSATILE ACTOR"
 IN "TAXI NO. 9211"

He knows how to portray a REAL ANGRY YOUNG MAN.
RATHER MIDDLE AGED, MIDDLE CLASS MAN

Evergreen Director Bharathiraja likes him the most, A Trendsetter knows to appreciate an Other Trend Setter.

Kudos to NANA, we like u man!

CASTEISM

I am a Non Brahmin.  My caste name is Agamudaya Mudaliyar.  If u ask, about this caste, I ll not know how to explain.  I know the name, thats it.  We are allowed to eat Non veg food.  But I am a Vegeterian from Eightth Standard.  Got Inspired by the sentence "Why are u burying Dead Bodies in ur Stomach"
Cateism, I shall now tell u, how casteism had made some scratches in my heart.
But now, there are no scratches, bcos I have learnt to respect their beliefs.

First, Go to their house, ask for a glass of water, U should not sip the glass, u should hold the glass little far from ur mouth and pour it in ur mouth.  After u keep the glass down, they will spill some water on it, and clean the place where u kept it.

Then, u talk with Brahmin friends, out of curiousity and excitement, u too talk like them.  Some times, u make fun of them for their language.  But, for me I literally copied the way, they spoke, bcos how they talked was really decent and nice for me.  So, I wud talk like a Brahmin, using their Jargon, like ukkum, kaarthale, then many words, I dont remember them now.

Why?

 Bcos, I was just asked,

 enquired,

 questioned

 "Are u a Brahmin?"

So many times,

 So many places,

So many persons,

 So many Situations,

  ARE u a Brahmin?

Neenga Nammalavala?

Neenga Iyera or Iyengara?.

I would be fair and tall.
  and my language, as theirs,

so Everytime, I should tell them.  No, I am a Non Brahmin.

They feel sad and bad that I am a Non Brahmin.

and I wud also feel some what bad for that.  But, what can I do, Its by Birth, u cannot become a Brahmin by ur choice.  U need a Bharathiyar, to Initiate u  as a Brahmin.

oh! Neenga Nammalava nnu Nennachen, I wud feel inside, "Oh, now they dont like us, like they dont feel that we are one of them"

I just decided that I should never talk like a Brahmin.  Started talking the language used at home and like other Non Brahmin friends wud talk.  Slowly the question stopped.

Brahmins have so many functions, so many festivals, so many rituals, I like them.  But for us, no rules,  pray to god, pray to god, thats all.  I like Brahmins, and wud like to take birth in my next visit to this world as a Brahmin.

Attending Marriages

I have barely and rarely attended Marriages,

I still remember the first marriage in which I got some excitement, It was My latha Akka Marriage, she was clad in Silk Saree, with lot of ornaments, she looked her best, with Big Eyes, I love Big Eyes, Beautiful, As if I am seeing Chelli Amman Eyes, They took us to Chelli Amman Temple, Offered Prayers after the Marriage was over. I like her eyes, some call it Muttai Kannu, but I like large and lengthy eyes, Bcos eyes talk.  She wanted to listen to one song from  the movie Agni Natchathiram - "Ninnukori Varnam "  That is  my Favourite Song Till now and will be forever.

Then I have attended My peripa;s Sons Marriages, He had Six sons, he will come with sweets and Invitation, If he comes to our house, it means he is getting his son married. Otherwise, he wont come at all.  I have cried there in the Marriage hall, nobody scolded me for crying, I wud cry like a Mental case, something wud force me to cry, Particularly, my Appa and Peripa were not in Good terms, they are brothers, thats it.  My father told me that, they dont respect him or consider him as their relative.  The thought of my father being ignored will occupy my mind and I will start crying.  Rarely, In one of the marriages, I felt happy, and I stood in all the photos taken by them, tho I dint know any one of them.  For me Mingling with people is easy, I am an Ice Breaker.  I volunteer more often.  Thats my strength and weakness.

Then, apart from that, one Muslim Neighbour's Marriage.

Then, in my friend's list, I have attended only two marriages.  One was Hemadurga, her marriage was good not very grand, I love her wedding photo kept in the hall of her House.  At the time of her marriage, I had cleared CA Inter.  I still remember, Saravana Prasad Sir, warning us in the class, "Till u finish CA, dont attend any social functions, ONLY STUDIES" I strictly followed. Hema was an exception bcos she has been my Best Friend.  So, I had to, that too hers was a Love cum Arranged Marriage.

Then, Nalini - hers was a Simple Marriage.  Hers was a Intercaste but Arranged Marriage.

Then, Pavithra, My GMCS friend Marriage, Hers was a Grand Marriage.  Nice One, So Much People, Really So much People.  When I went on the stage to greet her, she said - "Enakku Onnum Theriyadhu, Kalyanamnu solli Nikka vechitaanga" So lucky she is, No Need to worry of being not getting married, Actually It is a Blessing.  In thamizh, they call it "Amaingidhu" that is It happend on its own.  It is a Blessing.

Then, Shri Bharathi, GMCS Friend, Hers was a typical Iyer Kalyanam, I relished the food, so nice it was, with sweets, I love Avial and Paruppu Usili, they prepare.

Then, Our Office colleagues, Sampath Sir Daughter, Good Food, Good Kacheri, RAjendran Sir Daughter, Getti thayiru, and Lots of Rituals, Jain Marriage, then Rajeswari Madam Daughter,-
Good Food, Then, R L Narayanan Sirs Daughter, Lalitha, Lalitha, was sitting like a Child in the Chair.  She had Innocence.  No Laughing, No crying. A Simple Smile.  Banu's Brother in Law Marriage - Muslim one, attended with Dhivya.

One kalyanam I relished was the Marriage of Gods, In Nanganallur,  Sri Narsimhar and Navaneetha Krishnan Temple is there, there they perform Perumal Kalyanam, It was just nice.  So Good.  The rituals, I just enjoyed it,  The Bride Goddess and BRide Groom, played Poo Pandhu, that is Flower Ball, then they exchanged garlands.  It was like a Kondattam.  What they say for Kondattam?  I still try to rewind it in my mind, as to what all I saw there.  Seer Thattu, Paattu, DAnce. mmmmmm so nice.

I dint attend Marriages in my Teen Age,  I had to prove myself in Life, Like, one or the other, there was some fight going in our family.  Relative's Marriage, so many Marriages I have not gone.

I attended my elder Sister Sumathi Kalyanam but left it on half day itself, saying I have school.  I had to study.  After Finishing CA, only I had the guts, Dhairiyam, to attend Marriages,  Till that time, I felt uneasy and insecured to attend Marriages.

Attending Good Marriages are Blessings.  My Blessings has been countable only.  I love the Rituals that are done in Marriages.  Particularly, Hindu Marriages,  I wud remember, the Song "Ragasiyamai Ragasiyamai punnagaithal, enna porulo" From Dum Dum Dum movie, where, Jyothika and Madhavan, get married in all types of Indian Culture that is, Muslims, Christians, Bengalis, Tamil, So nicely picturised.

World is a Stage, We are Actors

Once, I saw in TV, Director Gautham Vasudev Menon, talking about his Movie, Vinnai Thandi Varuvayaa?, Movie, He told that he would just let act Trisha And Simbu as it is, that is,candid, he will explain the situation to them, make them stand near to each other, and just Throw the Dialogues on them.  That is No screen play will be given to them in advance, so that, they can by heart it. It is direct acting, no rehearsals, they have to react to their Dialogues then and there, The Actors told that given the situation, they too did what they could do,.

Likewise, in our life also, u can notice that, God writes the dialogues and is throwing the dialogues on us, we catch the dialogue, which best suits the given situation.  This, I have noticed in my life, Like when I want to give an Impressive answer, I just pray to God and within a second or minute, I get the exact dialogue, that i should recite there.

One Example, My father worked for Indian Airlines, So we were given Quarters, it was called I A Colony, It was a extended family of all the employees working In Indian Airlines, A closed Surrounding, I just Miss it a Lot.  My childhood was spent there only.  A silent and Secured Place.  I am coming to the Point.  There the Pilot, Air hostess, Flight Assistant, Supervisor, Traffic Assistant, Ground Support Dept staff i,e. my FAther, he worked as a Senior Push Back operator, everybody lived in the given quarters.

In that quarters, one day, One Airhostess named Reshmi, asked me like "Would u join Indian Airlines Limited" , I just wanted to give her the correct answer, and so just prayed God, immediately the answer came in my Tongue, "Dheedi, If God Wishes" and she was so impressed, and just shouted, "What an answer"  "Good one" she said.

I have seen many of my friends giving out such dialogues, Apt Answers, very apt to the Situation.  God is a Great Dialogue writer.

Bcos of my Constant visiting of God men, and reading books of Spirituality, I have learnt that If u just keep on Chanting God's Name, u can realise that Within U, A Silence Exists, Yes, A Silence, Though, u may be surrouned by Pandemonium, every body shouting around u, u can realise that A Calmness, A Silence is there within u.  I assure, everyone of us, would have realised it, atleast once in our Life time.  That Silence will make us understand that we r mere spectators, and we are watching the situations in our life, when the dialogues appear in our mind, we react aptly with the dialogue.

It is said, that whatever Jesus Christ spoke is still in the Air,  It is True, Hundred percent Truth.  We are just catching the dialgoues that we want to tell from the Air and delivering it.  But we can realise this only after certain Amount of Mind Training, The training could be in this birth or in the Previous Birth. I say Previous Birth, bcos u might see some friends will say, I know this without any Training, means the Training has been given already, now it is just delivery.

Similarly, In Hindu Mythology, It is said that Vedas, are there in the Air, Rishi means the person who is able to See the Thought. that is, he is able to hear the Truth and recite it as a Sentence, Mantra.

World is a Stage, We all are Actors.  30/10/2011 11.37 pm

BIRTHS AND INCARNATIONS

I was not believing so much about our Previous Births, was thinking that This school of thinking about incarnations belongs only to India.  Nope, The Western People has got the same ideas about our Incarnations and Previous Births.  They too believe about Karma, In fact they use the word Karma, Karmic Circle etc.,, In fact, there is one English Book named like"Many Lives, Many Masters" I dont remember properly, particularly talking about the Memory of Previous Births and how they affect our Present Life.

Sanskrit is one of the Lanugauges, which a Computer understands and accepts Immediately.  Thats why, Indians called it Deva Bhasha, Devanagari Lipi etc,

It is said that Kannagi and Kovalan did the same thing to some other couple in their previous Birth and so they had to face their own echo, i.e the Boomerang Effect. or should I say, the               "Ball on the wall"  effect.  U shd have read or heard about Silappadhigaram to follow this sentence.

There are so many anecdotes in Hindu, Jain and Budhism, about which I have heard that we pass on several births, before we become humans.  If u Really dissect ur thoughts and do some self study, u ll find out that u possess certain knowledge by birth, u have just forgotten it, when ppl say and teach u what it is, u immediately catch the meaning of what they say.

Incarnations, Rebirths etc., are True, but should be understood in the correct context.  It has got its Limitations.   When u go to Certain places, u feel u have been there, this is called Vasanas.

I stop here, Catch u ppl later

CLASSIFICATIONS OF HUMANS

This is just an attempt to answer whether we should classify people,

In India, we have 4 classifications as per Bhagwad Gita, the Song Celestial,
1. Brahman - One who is educated about Vedas and who performs Holy rituals
2. Kshatriya - One who is educated from a Guru and who saves ppl from enemies by waging wars
3. Vaishyas - One who does Business
4. Soodras - One who serves the above three sects of people

I still remember, My tenth Standard Tuittion Master Mr. Sowmya Narayanan, (Nick Name: Bhairavan sir) told, one man can belong to three sects, if he performed these duties at different times of the day.  This classification was according to the jobs they did and not to the family, where they were born.

Director Shasi Kumar (Naadodigal) asks us in Aananda Vikatan, If u ask who were ur ancestors, how many of these ppl will know who were their ancesstors, i.e the Family Tree.

Neeya Naana Gopinath got absolutely angry about one girl in the show, when that girl told that "I think, I am blessed, that, I was born in an Orthodox Iyengar Family"  I just cant stop laughing at Gopinath for getting angry.

My question to Gopinath is  " If ur family is accustomed to certain disciplines for the Past 50 years or for a century, wud u think u wud forego it easily", No,

Discipline, I have watched Brahmins having certain Disciplines like doing Sandhya Vandanam, Gayathri Japam, reciting Vedas, doing swa adhyayam, observing fasts, celebrating festivals, performing cooking, ya cooking - they do the cooking believing that it should be consumed by God, so we shd not even smell it.  These Disciplines are passed from their Mothers and Fathers, their Grand Parents.  These are knowledge that is passed.  There are Table Manners too.  The Girl is right in saying that she is blessed. Bcos she gets these knowledge easily, where as an other sect girl, has to attain certain age to understand these disciplines, bcos she is not exposed to these type of disciplines by her father and mother. Her Parents will not know these disciplines, for eg., eating, which item should be eaten first, how to eat, whats the combination.  There are certain types of specific knowledge, that is attached to these castes.

Pattai Adikkaradhu, we can make fun of it, but which fingers should be used, how to apply, which direction we should face when we apply it, all these can be learnt only from ur father or a Guru.

Classification -  Why - I got an answer from Inside, that is, One that tells from Inside us, it is telling - Only If I know, to whom u were born, and to what caste u were born, I can sketch ur characters, like u r a Libran, then u r a balanced person, like a Thanjavur doll, not losing its balance as it is always in its equilibrium, The God inside u, will be able to forgive ur mistakes, bcos the knowledge u possess depends upon the caste u were born.  I am not here to talk about Exceptions. Yes, the knowledge u possess depends upon the caste u were born.  Jaathi antha Budhi, Kulam antha AAcharam! There is nothing wrong, we should not take this as Abusement.  It is for saving a Person.

How casteism saves a person, My father always has quoted one Dharma RAja story to me,
One case comes to Raaja, One Mistake or Error done by 4 types of PPl, that is Brahmana, Kshathriya, Vaishya and Soodra,  Dharma Raja, has to give judgement to these ppl, Same Mistake, but 4 kinds of People, Dharma Raja said, Bcos of the Vedic Knowledge they possess Brahmans and Kshathriyas cannot plead ignorance for their mistakes, give them 10 Whip beatings and Penalise the Vaishya, that is collect penalty and release vaishya and for Soodra, he can be educated about the wrong he did, so that he doesnt do that again and release him as such, as he is innocent.

Yes, Casteism saves a person, bcos Jaathiyantha Budhi, Kulam antha Aacharam!

U can inculcate certain discipline to urself, but there are certain disciplines that comes to u bcos u were born to certain type of People.  Ur parents, like If ur mother is a good cook, her small small tips to u, which u learn from her from childhood will make u The Best Cook in ur family.  U can say I can always learn, I dont deny, but the thing is u take efforts to find out the Guru, where as Mother is there with u from ur childhood.

Casteism, i.e., Discrimination is for saving people not for degrading them.  Your Ignorance is always forgivable, but with certain conditions.  Men and Women should be allowed to repent and become good.  But for that, a Murderer cannot be forgiven.  Some ppl ask is Death Sentence should be given at all, Controversial Topic, Mine is, Depends upon the Situation, that is Facts of the Case.

How many Classifications we do have in Humans
1. Humans or other creatures like birds, animals
2. Male or Female or Transgender
3. Country like Asian, African, Australian, etc.
4. Within Asia, South North - East- West
5. By color of  the skin
6. By the family
7. By the Education we possess
8. By the School of thought
9. By the Religion
10. By the Caste
11. By Date and Time of Birth - Your Horoscope
12. By ur Habits - like Left Hander or Right Hander

It goes on, It is said in Sai Sath Charithram that there are 84 Lakh of Species / Creatures in this world.

But, which unites all of us is the EMOTIONS - THAT IS THE BOND THAT CONNECTS ONE HUMAN TO ANOTHER IN FACT = ALL THE CREATURES,

IT IS SAID IN SAI SATH CHARITHRAM - HUNGER, SLEEP, PUNARCHI (IS IT SEX?) AND ONE MORE THING IS COMMON FACTORS IN ALL THE BEINGS.

Emotions, makes us Human, Attitude makes us Heroes.

My Thought is not further processing, so I stop here.  Classification and Discrimination was done only for Saving People and culturing them, Not for denying their rights and wishes.

In the Beginning of My thoughts about Casteism, I was thinking Only India Has got Casteism, But when I studied the Books of Jeffrey Archer and Lee Iacococca and Kim woo chung, I cud see that Casteism, is there that too, too much of Casteism is there in English, Russia, Australia, America and Korea Ppl.  Even in Christianity and Muslim religions there are umpty No. of Castes.  Intersects and further intersections within their religions and within their communities.  India, was said to be ruled by the Factor "Divide and Rule" I think it can be applied to other countries too, if they are divided into sects, Jews being killed by Nazists, Black ppl killed by Australian Whites, Red Indians killed by others,  Oh, I understood, Casteism is a Universal Factor. Not that, Only In India, Castes are there. India is far better than Other countries in Discrimination.  As far as India is Concerned, Castiesm has been to understand each other, to understand and respect their beliefs, to be cultured and to live a Disciplined Life.

In Army Language, it is to Bring Unity in the People,

The Groupism should be to use the People in theis Best Possible areas and bring them to a Cultured and Prosperous Life.

CHENNAI, CHENNAI, CHENNAI

,I was born in CMC, Vellore.  Afterwards, Chennai, Chennai & Chennai.  Upto 2 1/2 years I dont have any memory about how I was, where I was, I dont even know my parents upto 2 1/2 years, by seeing my baby photos also I dont remember even vaguely the place I was.

Then my parents shifted to Indian Airlines Colony, there I was admitted in Little Flower Convent School, for LKG and UKG.  I still remember, My mother will take me to the school by a shortcut i.e we have to cross a Compound wall and from there, my school was nearby, on the way to school, there will be a Small Shop, in that shop, my mother will buy Balli Mittai, actually Jeeraga Mittai for me.  I loved it and relished it. Daily we will have.  I slightly remember my friends, preethi and lavanya.  Suman, Sujith, Narayanaswamy and some other boys who were from I A Colony, where also there, but I have not talked with them.  I ll go to School, attend it, Go to toilet in my Panties, and sit quietly over there waiting for my parents to come.  I ll not know and ll not even bother about the shit  I have done.  I dont remember anyone scolding in my school.  Those Aayas in the school wud have a watch on me.  My mother or father will come.  My father wud lovingly come to fetch me to home.  He will lift with full love only to find out that I have shitten in my underwear.  I dont remember me bothered about the shit and its bad smell.  Even now,  I remember how the shit will happen.  Like, the Teacher wud be teaching, and I ll feel something is coming out, it would be hot and soft. At 2 1/2 years, inspite of getting scoldings at home, I ll not know that i shd run to Toilet.  Ok, The Teacher will be writing something on the Board and I ll know that I have shitted and Now I ll sit freezed, silently.  Out of fear and shame, My small heart would sink and I wud become sad and sit where I am.  Aaaaammm! Then, My father wud come lovingly to fetch me in his Hercules Bicycle, with a Small Seat for me in the Cycle Bar.  He loved me a lot, He had kept me with him, when my mother and he had a fight and they lived apart for about 6 or 7 months.  He only took care of me, I dont remember anything about those fight,  My memory power works only from Indian Airlines Colony and Little flower School.  Before that, where I was I dont know.  My father will come lovingly to fetch me and will scorn at the shit smell, he ll lift me gently and carefully, so that shit doesnt fall on him, take me to Bathroom, clean everything in the School Toilet or Bathroom, will wash my Panty cleanly put in the School for drying and he ll cry a little to God for giving such a Dumb Daughter and laugh a little at my Senselessnes.  But ll not leave me there, will take me to home.  At home, whole family will laugh at my powerlessness to control the Motion.  Whole family means My mother, father and my Grand ma. I feel ashamed and deeply think, how we r not able to control this motion. I think, this is bcos of the Jeeraga Mittai I ate.  I think, after Joining I A DAV school i.e after completion of UKG that habit of shitting in Panty stopped.

Naatham pidicha Kadhai!

Vasanas - The Smell Sense

Vaasana  - its Tamil as well as Sanskrit Word.

Mun Jenma Vaasanai, The smell of the previous birth,

Actually, when I went to Alpha Mind power class by Mrs. Vijayalakshmi pandhiayan, the lady Guruji told me, if u want peace, just imagine in ur mind, any place that u like very much, imagine that u r in the very same place, just imagine the smell associated to the place, for eg. if it is a temple, imagine the incense stick smell, the flowers smell, the camphor smell, like that.

The Smell sense is not ordinary, it rekindles many things in u, thats why we have got Aroma Therapy, If  it is not working, do u think, we wud know this word.  Aroma arises and awakens the sleeping power in our soul.

Some Ppl  say, " I can smell it from a distance, call it Intuition" Smell, the sense is so powerful.

In my child hood, when no friends were around me, and I had nothing in my mind to play, I still remember vividly, that I wud sit still and some kind of smell will come, and I ll not know from where it is coming, I wud think that, the smell is from the leaking petrol from my father's Bajaj Cub.  I like the smell of phenoel for a long time.  I loved Hospitals, that too particularly the phenoel smell and then I loved the smell of Burning Match Sticks.  I dont know why.  But like 6 months before my colleague buvana told her son who is doing I yr BE also likes the smell of burning Match Sticks. I felt some solace.

Smell, Fragrance, Aroma, Whiff, odour, scent or tang, ( I got these words from MS Word) call it any way u like, has got a relation with ur experiences.

Man Vaasanai  - The smell of the Mud, the Sand of the river, the sands of the Ocean Bed, the
Smell of the Sand when it rains.

"Selai kattum pennukku oru Vaasam Undu, Kandadhu unda, Kandavargal Sonnadhu unda?"

The smell of the paint, the Smell of the books, the smell of the Kitchen.

There was a Thodar Kadhai, a story in Kumudam about a young girl called Urmila Named "Jakradhai, Vayadhu Padhinaaru". In that the Girl, covers herself with all the aromatic flowers and does a Meditation, i remember she is naked beneath the flowers, thats what the author of the story narrated, and Urmila meditates on the smell of the flowers to reach a solution to the problem in her hand and finds peace.

Annai - The Holy Mother of Pondicherry, likes Flowers very much and she says every flower has got a special character, may be depends on the smell.

Vasanas - The Smell Sense

I have read this word "Vasana" in many spiritual books and have wondered can i relate the meaning of smelling the cake, with this "Vasana" , " No" "it cant be" I ll prejudge, I'll think it has got some other deep meaning.

But, Only few years ago, due to the experiences I got, I cud relate the Smell Sense to this word Vasana, Why to go so long, just take 2 cinema songs, like "Sandhana Vaasanaigal, Haiyo, Kumkuma vaasanaigal Haiyo, en meethil un Vaasanai, Haiyo Hai Haiyo" from the Movie, "M kumaran S/o Mahalakshmi", then other song from Dil, u tell me the song, OK.  i.e hey Nanbane, nanbane , that song.

U wud have noticed, if some one eats poison, ppl wud pour filthy water in their mouth, to make them breath, they show shoe smell on their Nose.

Actually, Nose i just a Focussed organ, which is very sharp in smelling, u can smell by your mind.  What I am trying to say is" U r smelling from ur mind, ur mind is using nose as a SPV i.e Special Purpose vehicle to do this sense.  Ur mind is the one that co relates the smell to certain object or area or person and tells u that, this person has a separate or peculiar place.  For Eg. Axe Effect.

What does the Smell do to us?  If it is good, it can make us eat, it provokes us to hug, it provokes us to inhale it even more, it makes us to choke, it makes us to laugh, (laughing gas) the Vaasan, so many things it does to us! It makes us to sense the forthcoming incident.  It makes us to cook better. it makes us to feel fresh.

The Smell Sense!  Miracle!  I wud like to continue, but later.

Beauty lies in the eyes of the Beholder!

Beauty -

Nature has beauty in bounties.  The Sun, Stars, Moon, Grass, The Dew Drop, the honey bees, the Grass, The Trees, Different kinds of leaves, the veins running in the leaves of the trees, the symmetrical shapes of leaves, the shades, The same green colour tree can be seen in different shades at different times of the day, sometimes darker, sometimes lighter, the budding leaves, the little grown up leaves, the fully developed leaves, the dried ones, the falling leaves.  Creation, the Nature, My colleague, Kamlesh Vasisht, told me, whenever u feel dull, try to observe Nature, Nature is always Positive, When darkness surrounds u, u can be sure that it is going to be morning in some hours, if there is a valley, there is also a Mountain, like if u fall, u ll get up, the leaves that fall become manure, again becomes tree, again becomes leaves, ya it is really nice to think about Nature

The Birds, their lives, they are very good parents.  They are so punctual and they are so co operative.  they are so colourful

Udhirndha Ilai,
Kilaikku thirumbugiradhu,
Pattam Boochi!

Animals, Dogs, cats, their affection to the family, their innocence.

Om Shri Mathre Namaha!

Amma, I call my Mother Amma, I call her Mummy when I dont like her.

Amma, is a Special Person, Not every one gets a Good Mother.

One year Ago, I saw in Krishna Sweets, T Nagar, celebrating Mother's Day.  They have given a List of Mothers who were behind Many Successful Men.  For eg. Vijay Amritraj, He is a Tennis Player and now, a Film Producer, He only Produced the Evergreen Movie "Jeans".  It seems that He has Asthma problem and his Mother only took him, out of the problem, by taking him to Swimming classes Daily, so that the Respiratory system of his son, gets even more stronger.  He got Stamina by continuously practising Swimming and eventually became a World Class Tennis Player.

Mothers, I have once Seen in Arattai Arangam of Visu, a Boy stood up and talked about his Mother.  His Mother is a Lunatic, Literaly Mental case.  I cudnt stop crying in my heart, tho tears dint come out.  He has to take care of his Mother and himself.  So Pathetic!  He became Amma to her.  He told the insult he faced in Society, which called him as " Lunatic's Son". Brave hearted Thayum Aaanavan.

"Making of a Good Mom" depends on many things.  U shd have done so much punyam, ur mother should be educated, ur mother should know English and many languages, ur mother should know how to cook, ur mother should know a List of things.  Ya, I accept Mothers are Mothers, but a well Educated, Talented lady makes a Good Mother.  Bcos we learn many things and share many things that too, personal things, Private Matters with Mother.

OM shri Mathre Namaha is the first namavali in Lalitha Sahasranam.

Amma na Chumma Illa da!

My Childhood Ignorance

My mother would send me to Nadar Shop nearby Indian Airlines Colony, Meenambakkam, for getting cereals, vegetables etc.

She will tell go and get dal and come, and ll give me some twenty rupees. I wud run to the shop and tell Nadar, I want 1/4 kilo Dhall, Nadar, will ask me " What Dhall?", I ll blink, and tell again"Dhall" what dhall, "Moong Dhall, Urad Dhall, Masoor Dhall" I ll not know it, bcos my mother told me only "Dhall" I ll go running home back again, and ask her the name of the Dhall and ll go running to Nadar shop.

This happened for about 4 times in 2 weeks and I got angry with my Mother for not telling the name of the dhall in the first instance it self.  My father just teased me "u Fool" and I ll get angry and cry, I cannot call this as Innocence bcos I would be around  10 to 12 years old by that time.

Specification that was the lesson I learnt from that Incident.

COLOURS OF LIFE

The Greenish Grass and Leaves of Trees,
The shed out brown leaves on Mud,
The Bluish Sky and the floating White Clouds,
The Yelllowish Sun and its Brightness,
The Orange Sun Rays penetrating thru Windows,
The awesome white dust floating in the Rays,
The Red Blood running through the Nerves,
The Dark Blue nerves in the Wrist,
The Glowing Saphron Setting Sun,
The Lavender Flowers bright as Violets,
The Yellow Daffodils smiling at us,
The Black and Ash blue Rainy Clouds,
The Roaring Sea with Whitish Cream foams,
The Pinkish Sky behind the Rising Sun,
The Chocolate Brown Silky Mud,

Wherever u see in this World, there are Colours, Everywhere!

BODY - THE RECEPTACLE - INSTRUMENT OR VESSEL

It is said that we get to have a Human body after many births as different creatures in this world.  Human body is not easily got.  That too, a Whole one, a developed one, is not attained just like that.  Your Structure is very Important in considering your personality.

We have got innumerable poems narrating how beautiful is a Lady's Structure.  Starting from her Hair and ending with her Toe Nail.

I have noticed my body, while I am doing Karate, When I do a Stance, In yoga, it is called Asana, ok, whether Stance or Asana, your body has to be flexible.  U can notice ur thighs shivering while doing some asanas. (Thodai Nadungi)

I have also noticed that My hands are not fully grown up.  Ya, they look beautiful like Tender Bamboos but when doing Karate, u have to set ur hand in some posture, That posture needs a fully grown up hand, I mean with triceps and biceps.  There are some muscles which are present only in a Man's body.  Certainly, there are some muscles which are present only in a Woman's Body.

Body - Kayam as it is called in Tamil and Sanskrit.  It is an Instrument. U can feel that it is an Instrument when u r singing and dancing.  Ur mind takes one form and u express it through your whole body.

NUDITY = NAKEDNESS = NIRVANAM

NUDITY  - Something in me, is just saying, "Go Nude", "Go Nude" "Go Nude"  and I got reminded of Actor Trisha and Actor Pooja's Nude photos.  They r banned as Pornography.  Even now Nudity is pornography only.

I remember Tamil Lyricist Vaali, mentioning about his Fine Arts College Experience, where he along with his friends had to daily draw a Nude Picture of any one of the Poor Lady, whose living has to be done on that day, by going Nude before all the I year BA Fine Arts Students.  He told, out of Hunger and frustration many ladies accepted to go Nude, bcos going Nude is better than Prostitution.

I remember visiting Sri Gnanacheri Swamingal in Mylapore.  He is believed to be Incarnation of Sri Nerur Sri Sadhasiva Brahmendirar, If u look at the logo of the swamigal, it is the Nude photo rather Shadow of Brahmendirar!

It is said that Sadashiva Brahmendirar attained Nirvana, and so he roamed Nude in the town without being bothered about his Physical bodily status,  But the sultan who noticed this Godly Incarnation just roaming without any clothes, got annoyed, and he just cut off one hand of the Swamigal, Sadashiva brahmendirar, just kept walking without any sensation.  Sultan immediately understood, this is some great personality, and he ran behind swamiji taking the cut hand with him.  He gave the cut hand to swamigal, Sadhashiva brahmendirar just placed the hand in the place where it was, and the hand immediately got attached and he walked as if nothing happended.  Miracle.

Nirvana means Salvation.

I heard that there is a Nude city in England.  Writer Sujatha mentioned that My wife got fainted by the sight of nudeness.

Dude, Going Nude is not Easy!

For Doctors, Nudity means Anatomy!

I still remember, I just tried to draw a Nude photo of a Girl at the age of 15, when my age was 15 and Half finished, I kept it for myself.  One day, My friend Pandi Selvi saw that and shouted "OH! Dressless girl, u r perverted" and I got so afraid.  But now, If u r a Medical student, u have to draw Nude pictures and mark the organs of the body.  Not only that, If u r a BA Fine Arts Student, there also " Nudity is a Must"

But Still if some one goes Nude, our Emotions r kindled.  Nudity definitely stirs our emotions.  Nudity provokes us.  Not an Easy Topic.  Wud like to talk more about this, but I stop here.

Aansu - a Poem written by Jaishankar Prasad in Hindi

Just a little remniscence of what I studied decade ago in Hindi.

The poetry book's name is Aansu, meaning Tears.

He just narrates, how tears are so powerful and gives us many similes for tears.

Tears, when they come for others, they are so valuable.  I think, as Kamal says in the Movie, Vasool Raja MBBS, by crying for ourselves again and again, slowly we start empathising with other's pains too.

Swami Vivekananda also says, " Do u feel the pain in the nerves of ur brain, when u see the poor and wretched ppl of India, Do ur heart cries for them"  Tears gives the power to serve others.

Sri Ramakrishna Paramahamsa says " Cry for God, Have u seen how a lover cries to see his or her love, like that cry for God, have u seen a child crying for his/her mother, like that cry for God, God will come unto u"  I just wanted to follow this and tried crying before God in Temple, it never came to me.  But, when the circumstances became bad and I became like a stone, rough and tough, and sought nothing from God and felt wretched before God, Staring at God, asking nothing, Tears rolled out on my cheeks without any control.  That is Tears, they come on their own!

Tears are valuable!

Angadi Theru - Rather T Nagar Street, Mambalam

Angadi Theru,

This movie shows the real story behind the Sales girls and boys being tortured by their superiors.

Couldnt see the movie fully!

Hell is nowhere else! it is very much here for them!

A  grown up Sales girl begging for going to Loo, and being given only five minutes, oh! Hell it is!

Heard that, their Life style has now developed after this movie, Thank u very much to the Director!

God is there in the form of this Director!

Imagination - the Power of My Mother

My Mother's Name is Yashodha, her another name is Udayalakshmi, I like her Innocence but I hate her Igonorance.  I think she is an SSLC fail. She wont tell it properly to me. Feels shy about it. She hated School bcos everybody there teased her for being tall. Poor girl.

But Her one act makes me smile, till now.  She doesnt know English and Hindi Properly but in my childhood I would watch her telling the story of a Hindi Movie to her Neighbour hood girl Malar.  I dint know Hindi at that time.  My mother would spin her own story to that Neighbour along with the Hindi Movie going on.  When I grew up and learnt Hindi, I just understood that My Mother is creating her own story by seeing the Movie, i.e. dubbing the Hindi Movie with her own Tamil Dialogues.

I just scolded her for spinning her story instead of listening and understanding the Hindi Movie Properly.

But Now I feel how talented she should be to have spinned the story along with the Running Movie, that is just like Running Commentary!

The All Pervasive Worshipping Method Of Hinduism - Sri Jaggi Vasudev

I just heard this from one of the sermons of Sathguru Sri Jaggi Vasudev.

"If u worship a Monkey, u r a Hindu,(Hanuman)
If u worship a Tree, u r a Hindu, (Ashwatha)
IF u worship a Plant, u r a Hindu (Tulsi)
IF u worship a Snake, u r a Hindu (Nagas)
If u worship a Stone, u r a Hindu (LIngas)

He went on giving quotes like this!

Very nice and inspiring thoughts!

Good to hear such thoughts!

The Reason behind my Title" Being a Human"

A small story behind the title "Being a Human"

One Marketing Person from Aptech India came to our SDNB Vaishnav College for giving a Lecture, He was an young man, may be, in his late 20s or starting 30s, handsome with a moustache and a rowdy like mole, he just talked about the job market available for Bcom students, and how they should equip themselves with Computer knowledge certificates, he really made an impact on me.  He was a forceful speaker, he is some one.  I asked him,"Sir, I have an aim of becoming a Chartered Accountant, what should i do?"  Within a second, he answered me, " Just make it ur central Thought, Think nothing but that goal"  I am grateful to him till now and will be forever, bcos I followed what he said, and now I am a CA.

Ok, Let me tell the Human being story.  This same Person, in particular this Sales Man of Aptech Compute,r just put forth a question to our B.com I year students, Tell me "What is your Goal?"  I am always used to answering first, atleast in the first five, and I stood up and addressed him as sir and told "Sir, I want to become a good Human Being"  He just gave me  A BANG ANSWER " U R NEVER GOING TO BE SUCCESSFUL, JUST SIT DOWN" AND  I was so upset and worried, what did I say, is there anything wrong in saying so, I AGAIN STOOD UP AND ASKED " SIR, WHY"

I asked :   :    "Sir, Why?"

That Hero gave me the answer " First have a Goal, to be a Human, you should become something in Society, you shd have a Status in Society, Achieve the Goal and then, ie., after becoming Some one Laudable by the Society, then Show the Society your Humanness, Being Someone Great, Someone adorable and Some one who has made an Achievement is very important  to be a Good Human Being"

I just planted this Thought Seed in my Mind, deep into my heart, and now I am here standing before u ppl and saying aloud that Achievement definitely makes us a Good Human Being, a Better Human Being.

Thank u Sir, I wud better call u Hero sir, Thank u for ur advice and Josh u implanted in us.

The Succes Story of our Office Watchman

Infosys Narayanamoorthy says, you should know the names of even the sweeper in your office.

I follow this as far as possible.  It is not easy talking with people below your cadre.  Your ego get hurts.  It is not always that you will have a good chat with them.  Your appearance counts, Very importantly Luck or call it God Counts.  They open up to u, only when you are a good receiver (Hearing with your Heart)

Ok, Let me tell the story of this Watchman Mr. Karunanidhi.  He is really a Hero, thats why I want to write.  He has served for our Indian Army for about 13 years, and bcos he had taken leave beyond the period he is allowed to take, due to some unforeseen happenings in his household, he has been dismissed from Indian Army, this is very paining to me.  Unforeseen - Our hero has not wantedly come out of Indian Army, he has been forced to go out with out pension.

No pension, No job, only SSLC certificate and some gratuity money I suppose, is that enough to run his family, no, The tragedy does not stop here, his relatives sense that he has no money and quits him without even asking where he will go.

His wife says why did u give all the money to your relatives, he has no answer to reply her.  All that he has got is Braveness - I dont want to call it Boldness - it matches with Baldness - so let me call Braveness, with Dhairya lakshmi in his heart, he went to a place, started a new life without having enough money in his hand but a family to take care of.

He himself told me " Enakku konjam Dhairiyam ga" Meaning " I had Braveness" There he started his life as a Supervisor.  Earned enough to make his one daughter and two sons study upto SSLC and got his daughter married to a Good person.  Now his son is working as a Supervisor in an office  and another son is also working in a decent place.  This army man is now working as a Watch man in our office.  U need not be rich moneywise rich to express good qualities.  The Time God  (Kaal Bhairav) checks u how faithfuly u r, when u retell ur story to someone and u feel that u have always observed Good qualities, come what may, then tell urself and rest assured that "u r a real hero".  And this watchman remarked at another Hero, Manigandan, saying that" sir dhan recommen pannaru" -  "Thanks Giving"  - u may think what is there, but keep thanking the ppl who helped u, u ll come to know how valuable it is.

Ok , the Moral of the STory of Mr. Karunanidhi is "Braveness makes You a Man"
